WearelookingforanexperiencedIAMGovernanceConsultanttoprovidespecialistconsultingservices. Theconsultantwillplayakeyroleinanalyzingexistinggovernanceframeworks,assessingprojectoutcomes,anddrivingcontinuousimprovementsacrossmultipleUserAccessManagement(UAM)initiatives.
Workingindependentlywhilecollaboratingwithseniorstakeholdersandcross-functionaldeliveryteams,youwillevaluategovernanceprocesses,challengeassumptionsconstructively,facilitatedecision-making,andtranslatebusinessrequirementsintoclearandactionablegovernanceguidelines.

WhatYou'llDeliver
- AnalyzeandenhanceIAMGovernanceprocesses,includingJoiner,Mover,Leaver(JML),Recertification,andApplicationOnboardingframeworks.
- Reviewprojectfindings,identifyprocessgaps,risks,andimprovementopportunities,providingpracticalandevidence-basedrecommendations.
- Develop,maintain,andcontinuouslyimprovegroup-wideIAMGovernanceguidelines,standards,anddocumentation.
- Leadstakeholderworkshops,governanceforums,andrecurringmeetingstodrivealignmentanddecision-makingacrossmultipleinitiatives.
- Monitorprogress,reportonkeygovernanceactivities,andpresentprocessupdates,recommendations,andoutcomestoseniormanagement.
WhatWe'reLookingFor
- StrongexperienceworkingasaBusinessAnalystwithinIAMGovernance,IdentityManagement,orUserAccessManagementprogrammes.
- In-depthknowledgeofIAMGovernanceprocesses,includingIdentityLifecycleManagement,JML,Recertification,andApplicationOnboarding.
- ExperienceworkingwithBusinessRoles,Non-PersonalAccounts,andaccessgovernancecontrols.
- Stronganalyticalandcritical-thinkingcapabilities,withtheconfidencetochallengeassumptionsandvalidaterecommendationsconstructively.
- Excellentstakeholdermanagement,facilitation,communication,anddocumentationskills.
- VerygoodwrittenandspokenEnglish.
