您的职责
一、渠道业务管理
- 负责IGTS分销直销渠道业务的销售管理与业绩达成，完成既定销售目标。
- 制定并执行区域渠道业务发展计划，推动渠道市场份额持续提升。
- 深入理解区域市场特点和业务机会，制定针对性的渠道增长策略。
- 持续跟踪业务进展，定期进行销售预测及Pipeline管理。
二、渠道伙伴管理与赋能
- 建立并维护与核心代理商及合作伙伴的长期合作关系。
- 负责代理商的业务赋能与能力提升，包括产品知识、销售策略、项目管理等方面培训。
- 辅导代理商团队开展客户开发、项目运作及竞争应对，提高渠道作战能力。
- 推动渠道伙伴执行公司销售策略及业务政策，提升渠道经营质量。
三、项目推动与客户拓展
- 重点参与区域重大项目识别、规划和推进，提高项目赢率。
- 与代理商共同拜访客户，深入挖掘客户需求并制定解决方案。
- 协调产品、临床应用、市场及服务团队资源，为客户及渠道伙伴提供专业支持。
- 推动重点客户和重点项目落地，提升区域业务渗透率。
四、市场分析与竞争管理
- 持续收集和分析市场动态、客户需求及竞争对手信息。
- 识别市场机会和业务风险，为区域业务决策提供支持。
- 制定并执行有针对性的竞争策略，提升飞利浦IGTS品牌影响力和市场竞争力。

您将加入飞利浦销售团队，作为区域销售组织的重要成员，负责区域内指定省份的IGTS分销直销渠道业务发展与经营管理。

要成功应聘本职位，您应具备
- 5年以上医疗器械行业销售经验；
- 具有代理商管理、渠道销售或区域市场管理经验者优先；
- 熟悉DSA、介入治疗、医学影像或相关领域者优先；
- 优秀的渠道管理与合作伙伴经营能力；
- 较强的客户拓展及商务谈判能力；
- 良好的市场洞察及竞争分析能力；
- 优秀的跨部门协同及资源整合能力；
- 结果导向，具备强烈的业务增长意识；
- 能够在复杂环境下推动项目落地，具有较强影响力和沟通协调能力；
