Working directly with the Technology Chief Administrative Officer and senior Technology leadership team, you will help shape and lead the operating mechanisms that drive strategic decision-making, investment governance, performance management, and organizational execution across Technology. This highly visible role offers unique exposure to executive leadership, enterprise priorities, and some of the organization's most important technology initiatives. The role is based on operating responsibilities and organizational priorities documented within the Technology CAO.
What You'll Do
- Lead Technology's Monthly Business Review process, ensuring leaders have clear visibility into performance, strategic initiatives, risks, and priorities.
- Evolve the operational cadence strategy for Technology, optimizing leadership forums, governance processes, and decision-making mechanisms.
- Lead annual Technology capital planning, partnering across Technology and Finance to shape investment priorities and funding plans.
- Prepare CITO and senior leaders for Strategic Investment Committee reviews by synthesizing business cases, program updates, risks, and key decisions.
- Design and facilitate Technology leadership offsites that drive alignment, strategic thinking, and meaningful outcomes.
- Lead monthly senior Technology leadership meetings, ensuring discussions are focused, actionable, and aligned to organizational priorities.
- Maintain and track Technology's efficiency initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, reduce complexity and deliver greater business value.
- Drive special projects and cross-functional initiatives that require executive visibility, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution.
- Monitor key commitments, action items, and strategic initiatives to ensure accountability and follow-through across the organization.
What Makes This Role Unique
This is more than an operations role. It is an opportunity to influence how Technology plans, prioritizes, invests, and executes. You will operate at the center of the organization's most important decisions, helping senior leaders navigate complex challenges, make informed tradeoffs, and deliver on enterprise commitments.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a strategic thinker, trusted advisor, and execution leader who can move seamlessly between the boardroom and the details. You know how to create clarity from complexity, build alignment among senior leaders, and ensure that decisions translate into action. Energized by ambiguity, you thrive in executive environments and bring focus and momentum to high-stakes priorities.
If you are looking for a role with broad organizational impact, executive visibility, and the opportunity to help shape the future of Technology, we encourage you to apply.
