Industrial Electrician - Night Shift

What You’ll Be Doing:

Maintain, refurbish, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems.

Support the mechanical assembly, electrical installation, debugging, installation, and start-up of new or modified production equipment.

Collaborate with team members to implement production machinery for new manufacturing projects.

Maintain operational quality and efficiency targets.

Support equipment maintenance requirements in accordance with ISO/IATF 16949 standards.

Maintain strong housekeeping and project organization within the maintenance department.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For:

Skilled trade certificate of electrician.

Minimum of five years of hands-on experience repairing and maintaining CNC machining and automated assembly applications in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Hands-on technical skills in mechanical assembly, machine repair, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, and PLC- and CNC-based control and logic systems.

Understanding of automotive systems and quality requirements based on QS9000 operating systems.

Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict-management, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Welding and basic manual machining skills.

Practical experience supporting the installation, debugging, and start-up of new or modified manufacturing equipment.

Experience working within ISO/IATF 16949 equipment-maintenance requirements.

Cross-functional experience working with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
