Join a company that is pushing the boundaries of what is possible. We are renowned for our technical excellence and leading innovations, and for making a difference to our clients and society. Our workplace embraces diversity and inclusion – it’s a place where you can grow, belong and thrive.

Role Summary

The Industry Segment Leader, FSI owns NTT DATA Thailand's go-to-market strategy, client relationships, and revenue growth within the Financial Services sector — banking, insurance, and capital markets. This is a segment leadership role combining P&L accountability, industry-specific solution positioning, and direct people leadership of a segment sales team. The successful candidate operates as both strategist and player-coach: setting segment direction while staying close enough to key accounts to shape and close strategic deals.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for the FSI segment (banking, insurance, capital markets), aligned to NTT DATA's broader industry and services strategy

Carry segment-level revenue and P&L accountability, including pipeline forecasting, quota planning, and margin performance

Build and lead a team of segment sales professionals — coaching, performance management, and capability development

Develop and maintain C-level relationships with financial institutions, positioning NTT DATA's systems integration, managed services, cybersecurity, and digital transformation offerings

Identify and shape large, complex deals spanning core banking modernization, regulatory/compliance technology, cybersecurity, cloud migration, and data platforms

Partner with presales, solution architecture, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are commercially and technically credible, including alignment with financial-sector regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank of Thailand, OIC, SEC guidelines)

Drive co-selling motions with technology partners (hyperscalers, core banking ISVs, cybersecurity vendors) relevant to FSI

Represent NTT DATA at industry events, banking/insurance forums, and client engagements to build segment brand and thought leadership

Report segment performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise technology sales or business development, with demonstrated segment/industry leadership — not solely individual account execution

Proven experience selling into banks, insurers, or capital markets firms in Thailand, ideally with existing C-level relationships in the sector

Track record of P&L ownership and team leadership (player-coach experience strongly preferred)

Strong understanding of IT services, systems integration, managed services, or outsourcing sales motions (project-based/managed services background preferred over pure software license sales)

Experience shaping and closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated industry

Fluent Thai and strong business English

Preferred Qualifications

Existing network within Thailand's banking, insurance, or capital markets institutions

Familiarity with core banking systems, regulatory/compliance technology, or financial-sector cybersecurity requirements

Experience co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), core banking platform vendors, or cybersecurity ISVs

Prior experience at a global SI or consulting firm (Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, TCS, DXC, or similar)
