We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Infrastructure & Network Support Specialist to support local infrastructure and network initiatives. In this role, you will act as the primary on-site contact for infrastructure projects, provide end-user support, and coordinate activities across internal teams, external providers, and project stakeholders. You will play a key role in ensuring reliable IT operations and modern workplace technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the local point of contact, supporting both technical and administrative activities.
Support infrastructure projects, including IT Hardware Lifecycle.
Provide day-to-day IT support to end users, ensuring timely issue resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Coordinate infrastructure-related activities between departments, network providers, and project stakeholders.
Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, of meeting rooms and customer experience center.
Create, maintain, and update site, network, and infrastructure documentation.
Support hardware deployments, installations, and workplace technology setups.
Monitor and coordinate local IT activities to ensure successful project delivery and operational continuity.
Contribute to the standardisation and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and workplace technologies.

Requirements

Completed education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Experience supporting IT infrastructure, networking, or workplace technology environments.
Strong understanding of network connectivity, hardware deployment, and end-user support processes.
Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.
Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills in English; German is an advantage.
Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on approach.
