Job Summary
Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications.

Reportando al Gerente de Ingeniería de Procesos, el Ingeniero de Procesos apoyará la operación y mejora de los procesos de manufactura mediante análisis de datos, estudios de tiempos, balanceo de líneas, documentación de trabajo estándar y seguimiento de indicadores. El objetivo es desarrollar una base sólida en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Procesos y mejora continua.
Lo que hará en un día típico:
- Realizar estudios de tiempos, movimientos y capacidad de proceso.
- Apoyar el cálculo de Takt Time, Cycle Time, UPH, capacidad y requerimiento de mano de obra.
- Apoyar balanceos de línea y análisis de distribución de operaciones.
- Crear y mantener Standard Work, instrucciones de trabajo, hojas de proceso y documentación visual.
- Dar seguimiento a KPIs de producción: Plan Attainment, UPH, OEE/OLE, eficiencia, scrap y downtime.
- Identificar desperdicios Lean: espera, movimiento, transporte, inventario, sobreproceso, defectos y sobreproducción.
- Participar en eventos Kaizen, 5S, VSM, 5 Why, Ishikawa y resolución de problemas.
- Realizar análisis básicos de datos en Excel y preparar reportes/dashboards.
- Apoyar proyectos de reducción de HC, productividad y mejora de flujo.
- Trabajar con Producción, Calidad, Mantenimiento, Materiales y NPI para implementar mejoras.
La experiencia que buscamos para agregar a nuestro equipo:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería de Manufactura, Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o un campo relacionado.
- Lean Manufacturing y conceptos de Operational Excellence.
- Takt Time, Cycle Time, UPH, capacidad y line balancing.
- OEE/OLE y análisis de pérdidas.
- Standard Work, Work Combination Sheet.
- 5S, Kaizen, VSM, 5 Why e Ishikawa.
- Excel: tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, gráficos y análisis de datos.
- Conocimiento básico de ERP/MES y sistemas de producción.
- Deseable: Power BI y herramientas de automatización/reporting.
- Conocimiento de herramientas mecánicas.
- Conocimiento de SMART TORQUE
- Conocimiento básico de PLC
- Conocimiento básico de planes de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo
- Conocimiento básico de COBOTS
