Verantwortlichkeiten

Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich technische Gebäudeausrüstung
Ganzheitliche Betreuung von Anlagen von der Konzeptphase bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Instandhaltung, Wartung und Inspektion
Technische Projektakquise sowie Erstellung von Kalkulationen und Angeboten
Durchführung des Engineerings für Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik von der Auslegung bis zur Spezifikation
Erstellung von Lasten und Pflichtenheften sowie Bauleitung und Überwachung der Montageausführung
Koordination interner und externer Projektbeteiligter sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Vorgaben

Anforderungen

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Versorgungstechnik oder Gebäudetechnik
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
Erfahrung in der Projektsteuerung sowie in der Kalkulation und Angebotsbearbeitung
Gute Kenntnisse im Engineering von Mess-, Steuer- und Regeltechnik sowie in relevanten Normen und Richtlinien
Erfahrung in der Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen sowie in der Bauleitung und Inbetriebnahme
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
