What you will do:

Analyze and understand market insights and the customers’ buying behavior and execute sales plans generated by business division with alignment with strategy and targets

Primarily focus on internal customer engagement, with some external visits, ensuring a customer-centric approach through understanding needs and effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

Develop complex and value quotes reflecting the customer needs emphasising the unique selling points and follow up
Actively follow up of quotes to understand if the proposed value is understood and if it matches the customer’s needs
Provide direct support to customers during the quotation process with advanced technical support (including sizing & selection
Document all information retrieved from customer during interactions regarding competitors, forecast and all others to contribute to business development

What You Bring:

Education: A Degree or Diploma in Engineering (preferably Marine Engineering).

Agility & Drive: You are highly organised but highly adaptable, comfortable managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions.
