The Position

Instandhaltung Elektrik/Mechanik Werk Tirschenreuth

Job Summary

Wir benötigen Verstärkung für unser Werk in Tirschenreuth im Bereich der

Instandhaltung Elektrik / Mechanik

Die Stelle ist in Vollzeit (38 Wochenstunden, Montag bis Freitag).

Ihre Aufgaben:

Störungsbeseitigung: Schnelle Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern an Produktionsanlagen (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch).

Wartung: Durchführung von Inspektions- und Wartungsarbeiten nach Plan zur Vermeidung von Ausfällen.

Optimierung: Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Begleitung von Umbaumaßnahmen.

Ersatzteilmanagement: Identifikation benötigter Ersatzteile und Dokumentation der Bestände.

Sicherheitsprüfungen: Durchführung von Prüfungen nach geltenden Vorschriften (z. B. DGUV V3).

Ihr Profil:

Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Industriemechaniker mit Elektro-Zusatzqualifikation (m/w/d) oder Elektroniker für Betriebstechnik (m/w/d) oder Schlosser (m/w/d).

Berufserfahrung: Idealerweise Erfahrung in der industriellen Instandhaltung oder im Sondermaschinenbau.

Wünschenswert: Kenntnisse in der Fehlersuche innerhalb von SPS-Steuerungen (z. B. Auslesen von Fehlern in Siemens S7 / TIA Portal).

Handwerkliches Geschick: Für die Metallbearbeitung wie Schweißen, Kanten, Bohren, Drehen.

Arbeitsweise: Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und pragmatische Lösungen.

Wir bieten Ihnen eine anspruchsvolle und abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung. In dieser Position bieten wir Ihnen eine engagierte Zusammenarbeit in einem kollegialen Betriebsklima mit rund 45 Mitarbeitern vor Ort im Werk Tirschenreuth.
