About the role
Sie packen gerne selbst mit an, haben Freude an Technik und gehen Ursachen von Störungen systematisch auf den Grund? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position arbeiten Sie an Pumpen, Getrieben, Kompressoren, Turbinen und weiteren rotierenden Maschinen. Dabei übernehmen Sie sowohl Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten als auch Einsätze direkt bei unseren Kunden vor Ort.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Wartung, Reparatur und Instandsetzung von Pumpen, Getrieben, Kompressoren, Turbinen und anderem Rotating Equipment
- Störungen und Schäden analysieren, Ursachen feststellen und passende Lösungen umsetzen
- Demontage, Prüfung und Montage von Bauteilen bis hin zu kompletten Aggregaten inklusive Gleitringdichtungen und Peripherie
- Service- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten in der Werkstatt sowie direkt beim Kunden vor Ort durchführen
- Anlagen und Maschinen nach abgeschlossenen Arbeiten wieder in Betrieb nehmen und auf ihre Funktion prüfen
- Kunden bei technischen Fragestellungen mit Fachwissen und Praxiserfahrung unterstützen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen, um Erfahrungen auszutauschen und gemeinsam die beste Lösung zu finden
- Sicherstellen, dass Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards jederzeit eingehalten werden

Ihr Profil
- Technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise als Industriemechaniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d) oder in einem vergleichbaren Beruf
- Erfahrung im Service, in der Instandhaltung oder bei der Reparatur von rotierenden Maschinen
- Freude an Fehlersuche, Ursachenanalyse und technischen Herausforderungen
- Praktische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamgeist und die Bereitschaft, Wissen und Erfahrungen mit Kollegen zu teilen
- Kundenorientiertes Auftreten und ein hoher Qualitätsanspruch an die eigene Arbeit
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Montageeinsätzen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Kran- oder Staplerschein sowie SCC-Zertifizierung sind ein Plus
