Über den Job
Betreuung und Überwachung der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
Sicherstellung der Betriebsbereitschaft technischer Anlagen und Geräte am Standort (Flurförderzeugen, Fördertechnik, Wickelautomaten)
Durchführung und Dokumentation von Regalprüfungen
Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Wartungen sowie Einhaltung von Wartungsintervallen
Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister für Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten
Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Einführung und Betreuung neuer Lieferanten und Dienstleister
Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von 5S-Standards sowie Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Arbeitssicherheit
Betreuung und Überwachung der Brandmeldeanlage
Über Dich
Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Mechatroniker, Elektroniker, Industriemechaniker, Anlagenmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Instandhaltung, Gebäudetechnik oder Betriebstechnik von Vorteil
Breites technisches Verständnis und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in unterschiedliche technische Systeme einzuarbeiten
Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein in Bezug auf Arbeitssicherheit und Anlagenverfügbarkeit
Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an Rufbereitschaften sowie Schichtbereitschaft (Früh- und Spätschicht)
