Communicate with customers in professional manner & provide solution for specific requests as per process guidelines. Listen attentively to customer needs and demonstrate empathy while providing the customer support.

Must be at least high school graduate
Must have at least 1 year Insurance (General, Property & Casualty and/or Healthcare) experience
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite, and on shifting schedules
Can start ASAP
