Scopo della posizione:

Gestione del portafoglio IKA assegnato di ordini di noleggio a lungo e medio termine, car sharing e tutti gli altri prodotti Ayvens disponibili. Assicurare l’allineamento costante con gli IKAM.

Tipologia di contratto: contratto a tempo indeterminato

Principali attività:

Rispondere velocemente alle richieste degli IKAM per anticipare e gestire correttamente eventuali escalation;

Gestione, presidio e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti International assegnato nell’area di riferimento;

Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita in linea con i Target assegnati;

Rappresentare l’identità del brand Ayvens nella conduzione delle relazioni con Clienti, Partner e Fornitori;

Garantire un approccio consulenziale sul cliente volto al raggiungimento degli obiettivi di ordini e flotta, di gestione portafoglio e scadenze, di qualità dei servizi, e di rafforzamento partnership;

Assicurare il periodico e puntuale aggiornamento delle informazioni e dei dati connessi alla propria attività nei tool gestionali identificati dall’azienda;

Coordinarsi con le risorse operative interne (eg. Sales support) per garantire la gestione efficace del cliente finale;

Garantire il rispetto alle procedure al fine di abbattere i rischi operativi e reputazionali derivanti dall'attività di vendita;

Adottare un atteggiamento proattivo nei confronti dei rischi, segnalando anomalie e situazioni a rischio e proponendo azioni di mitigazione, rispettando rigorosamente le politiche di Ayvens.

Competenze / Conoscenze soft e tecnico specialistiche:

Laurea o diploma in materie economiche, scientifiche, umanistiche

Dinamismo e flessibilità

Attitudine al problem solving

Proattività e attitudine al cambiamento

Spirito di squadra

Ottime doti relazionali e propensione al lavoro in team

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (minimo livello B2)

Buona conoscenza di Excel, Power Point, Outlook e dei principali strumenti informatici

Energia e grinta

Comunicazione incisiva

Autonomia e disciplina
