Keamanan Operasional
- Mengawasi aktivitas operasional cash management agar sesuai dengan SOP keamanan.
- Memastikan seluruh proses penerimaan, penghitungan, penyimpanan, dan distribusi uang dilakukan sesuai prosedur.
- Melakukan pengawasan terhadap area terbatas (restricted area), vault, dan Cash Processing Center (CPC).
Pengawasan Akses
- Memeriksa identitas karyawan, tamu, dan vendor yang masuk ke area operasional.
- Mengendalikan akses ke area yang memiliki tingkat keamanan tinggi.
- Memastikan penggunaan kartu akses, biometrik, atau sistem keamanan lainnya berjalan dengan baik.
Monitoring CCTV dan Alarm
- Memantau CCTV, alarm, dan sistem keamanan selama operasional.
- Melakukan investigasi awal apabila ditemukan aktivitas mencurigakan.
- Menyimpan dan mendokumentasikan rekaman apabila diperlukan untuk investigasi.

Pengawalan dan Pengamanan Kas
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim Cash-in-Transit (CIT) dalam proses pengiriman dan penerimaan uang.
- Memastikan proses loading dan unloading kas berjalan aman.
- Mengawasi perpindahan uang tunai di dalam area operasional.
Audit dan Kepatuhan
- Melakukan inspeksi rutin terhadap penerapan SOP keamanan.
- Membuat laporan insiden keamanan dan memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan.
- Mendukung audit internal maupun eksternal terkait aspek keamanan.
Penanganan Insiden
- Menangani kejadian seperti kehilangan aset, pencurian, pelanggaran SOP, atau keadaan darurat.
- Berkoordinasi dengan kepolisian atau pihak berwenang apabila diperlukan.
- Melakukan investigasi awal dan menyusun laporan kejadian.
Administrasi
- Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan terkait aktivitas keamanan.
