Job Description

1. Pengamanan Operasional Cash Management

Melaksanakan pengamanan terhadap aktivitas operasional Cash Management (Cash Processing, Cash In Transit, ATM Services, dan aktivitas terkait lainnya).

Memastikan seluruh proses operasional berjalan sesuai dengan SOP keamanan perusahaan.

Melakukan pengawasan terhadap area kerja, akses masuk/keluar personel, serta aktivitas yang berhubungan dengan pengelolaan uang tunai.

2. Pengawalan dan Perlindungan Aset

Melakukan pengamanan terhadap uang tunai, dokumen berharga, kendaraan operasional, dan aset perusahaan.

Mendampingi aktivitas pengiriman/pengambilan uang apabila diperlukan sesuai prosedur keamanan.

Memastikan keamanan selama proses serah terima uang antara pihak terkait.

3. Monitoring dan Control Security

Melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap personel, kendaraan, dan perlengkapan operasional sebelum dan setelah aktivitas berjalan.

Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap penggunaan perlengkapan keamanan (uniform, ID Card, alat komunikasi, dan perlengkapan pendukung lainnya).

Melakukan monitoring CCTV dan aktivitas mencurigakan di area operasional (apabila ditugaskan).

4. Pemeriksaan dan Pencegahan Risiko

Melakukan identifikasi potensi risiko keamanan di area operasional.

Melaporkan setiap kejadian, penyimpangan, atau indikasi pelanggaran keamanan kepada atasan.

Melakukan tindakan awal terhadap kondisi darurat sesuai prosedur perusahaan.

5. Dokumentasi dan Pelaporan

Membuat laporan aktivitas keamanan harian.

Melakukan pencatatan kejadian, insiden, atau temuan keamanan.

Memastikan seluruh administrasi keamanan terdokumentasi dengan baik.

6. Compliance & Safety

Memastikan seluruh aktivitas sesuai dengan kebijakan perusahaan, standar keamanan, dan regulasi yang berlaku.

Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi terkait operasional Cash Management.

Melaksanakan prosedur keselamatan kerja (K3) selama menjalankan tugas.
