Deine Aufgaben

Sicherstellung eines sicheren, stabilen und performanten Betriebs der Kubernetes- und Machine-Learning-Plattform auf Basis von VMware Tanzu
Bereitstellung, Aktualisierung, Skalierung und Lifecycle Management von Kubernetes-Clustern sowie zugehörigen Netzwerk-, Storage- und Plattformkomponenten
Automatisierung von Provisionierungs-, Deployment- und Betriebsprozessen mittels GitOps, ArgoCD, Helm und Terraform
Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Lösungen zur Sicherstellung hoher Verfügbarkeit und Performance
Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen im Rahmen des Incident Managements
Umsetzung von Security-by-Design-Prinzipien innerhalb der Plattformarchitektur und Betriebsprozesse
Entwicklung und Implementierung sicherer Netzwerk-, Rollen- und Zugriffskonzepte sowie moderner Secrets-Management-Lösungen
Durchführung von Infrastruktur-Härtungsmaßnahmen sowie Integration technischer Security Controls in Deployment- und Betriebsprozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit DevOps- und ProdOps-Teams zur Entwicklung standardisierter Plattformservices und Self-Service-Lösungen
Unterstützung von Entwicklungs- und Produktionsteams bei der Einführung neuer Workloads, Fehleranalysen und der Überführung von Anwendungen in den Produktivbetrieb
Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie kontinuierliche Optimierung der Plattformarchitektur
Teilnahme am 24/7-Betrieb einschließlich Rufbereitschaft

Dein Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und der Administration von Kubernetes-Plattformen in produktiven Umgebungen
Gute Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, Container-Technologien und Cloud-Native-Architekturen
Erfahrung mit VMware Tanzu oder vergleichbaren Kubernetes-Plattformen
Praktische Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierungstools wie Terraform, Helm und ArgoCD
Kenntnisse im Bereich GitOps sowie moderner CI/CD-Prozesse
Erfahrung mit Monitoring-, Logging- und Observability-Lösungen
Fundiertes Verständnis von IT-Security, Netzwerksicherheit, Identity & Access Management sowie Plattform-Härtung
Erfahrung im Umgang mit Linux-basierten Umgebungen sowie Infrastruktur- und Plattformbetrieb
Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
