Die Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG zählt zu den weltweit führenden Technologieunternehmen der Druckindustrie. Zur Unterstützung unserer HR-Digitalisierungsstrategie suchen wir einen IT Consultant HCM (m/w/d), der unsere HR-Systemlandschaft aktiv weiterentwickelt und als kompetente Schnittstelle zwischen HR, IT und externen Partnern agiert. In dieser Rolle gestalten Sie die Digitalisierung und Optimierung unserer Personalprozesse maßgeblich mit und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-IT-Landschaft.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Beratung unserer HR-Fachbereiche bei der Gestaltung, Optimierung und Digitalisierung von Personalprozessen
- Analyse, Aufnahme und Dokumentation fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen sowie Entwicklung praxisorientierter Lösungskonzepte
- Betreuung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Systemlandschaft mit Schwerpunkt auf Personalprozessen und HR-Anwendungen
- Mitarbeit in nationalen und internationalen HR-Transformations- und Digitalisierungsprojekten

- Konzeption, Implementierung und Betreuung von Integrations- und Schnittstellenlösungen zu angebundenen HR- und Drittsystemen
- Beratung zu gesetzlichen, tariflichen und betrieblichen Anforderungen im HR-Umfeld
- Analyse und Behebung von Fehlern im Rahmen des Incident-, Change- und Problemmanagements
- Steuerung und Koordination externer Dienstleister, Implementierungspartner und Berater
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer globalen HR-Architektur und Integrationslandschaft
Unsere Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft mit IT-Schwerpunkt oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Betreuung, Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung von HR-IT-Systemen und digitalen Personalprozessen
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Konzeption, Anpassung und Integration von HR-Anwendungen sowie den zugrunde liegenden Geschäftsprozessen
- Erfahrung in der Analyse, Modellierung und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen im HR-Umfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung, Konfiguration oder Erweiterung von Unternehmensanwendungen, idealerweise im Personalumfeld
- Erfahrung in der Anbindung und Integration von HR- und Drittsystemen sowie im Datenaustausch zwischen verschiedenen Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse gängiger Integrations- und Schnittstellentechnologien, beispielsweise APIs, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java oder vergleichbarer Technologien
- Verständnis für HR-Kernprozesse wie Personaladministration, Zeitwirtschaft, Payroll, Organisationsmanagement oder Talent Management
- Analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung
- Hohe Beratungs- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Wünschenswert
- Erfahrung mit ERP- und HCM-Systemen, beispielsweise SAP HCM, Workday oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
- Kenntnisse moderner Cloud-HCM-Plattformen und Integrationsarchitekturen
- Erfahrungen mit internationalen HR-Prozessen und globalen Systemlandschaften
- Kenntnisse in Reporting-, Analyse- und Workflow-Lösungen im HR-Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und Implementierungspartnern
