Our Career Development (Rotational) Program (CDP) is carefully crafted for entry-level IT / Digital Technology specialists (0-2 years of experience). The CDPprovidesan opportunity to gain technical experience and network with professionals in various areas of our IT/DT organization. The program consists of three, 12-month rotations that can include but are not limited to technical assignments in areas such as:

Digital Enterprise Systems and Software Development

Infrastructure Services

Information Security

Data Analytics

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing aBachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology, and graduating between December 2026and August 2027.

Strong academic performance;minimumGPA 3.0.

Relevant work experience (co-ops or internships) and involvement in campus activities.
