Ihre Aufgaben:
Strategische Architekturentwicklung
Sicherstellung des „Strategic Fit“ zwischen Business-Anforderungen und IT-Landschaft
Definition strategischer IT-Plattformen zur optimalen Geschäftsunterstützung
Entwicklung und Pflege eines Enterprise Architekturmodells zur Redundanzvermeidung und Transparenzsteigerung
Architektur-Governance & Standards
Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Informations-, Daten-, Applikations- und Infrastrukturarchitektur

Beratung zur Sicherheitsarchitektur und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung definierter Standards
Definition von Datenhaltung, -verarbeitung und -nutzung mit Fokus auf Standardisierung, Sicherheit und Effizienz
Technologie-Management & Integration
Lebenszyklus-Management aller IT-Plattformen, Anwendungen und Technologien
Sicherstellung von Standardisierung, Skalierbarkeit, Agilität und Wiederverwendbarkeit
Entwicklung von Integrationsstrategien und IT-Roadmaps
Leitung von „Solution Architecture Advisory Boards“ zur Beratung und Qualitätssicherung
Innovation & Zukunftsfähigkeit
Proaktives Technologie-Scouting und Bewertung neuer Technologien für HEIDELBERG
Unsere Anforderungen:
Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Naturwissenschaften o. ä.
Fundierte Erfahrung im Enterprise Architecture Management sowie Kenntnisse relevanter Methoden und Frameworks
Verständnis für IT-Systemarchitekturen, Prozesse, Datenflüsse und Abhängigkeiten
Idealerweise Erfahrung in der IT-Strategie- oder Managementberatung
Begeisterung für moderne Technologien und digitale Transformation
Strategisches und konzeptionelles Denkvermögen, strukturierte und flexible Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit zur kritischen Analyse komplexer Sachverhalte und Entwicklung praxisnaher Lösungen
Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit
Sehr gute Deutsch- und sichere Englischkenntnisse
