IT Power Platform Analyst

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

•Leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse to drive business process automation and digital transformation.

•Implementing end-to-end applications, workflows, dashboards, and integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs) while ensuring security and compliance standards are met.

•Gathering business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, and translating needs into functional and technical specifications.

•Supporting ongoing operations by troubleshooting issues, optimizing existing solutions, providing enhancements, and training business users to maximize adoption and value. Support critical production issues and ensure high availability & business continuity.

Your Skills and Expertise

•Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to quickly learn new business processes and technologies

•Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills to work effectively across diverse teams

•Ability to document solutions, train end-users, and promote adoption of Power Platform tools

•Familiarity / Hands-on experience creating and deploying Copilot agents and integrating AI-driven capabilities into Power Platform solutions

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for CI/CD in Power Platform

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

•Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5+ years of experience in application development, solution design, or related IT field

•3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse)

•Experience designing and developing model-driven and canvas Power Apps to automate business processes and improve user experience

•Strong knowledge of Power Automate for building complex workflows, approvals, and system integrations

•Understanding of governance, security roles, solution management, and best practices in a Power Platform environment

•Experience working with Microsoft Dataverse, MS SQL, and Azure SQL as data sources and integration points.
