Propósito del cargo

Gestionar integralmente las operaciones logísticas, administrativas y comerciales del Centro de Distribución, asegurando el abastecimiento, la continuidad del servicio al cliente y la adecuada administración del capital de trabajo.

Principales responsabilidades

Planificar, coordinar y supervisar integralmente las operaciones logísticas, administrativas y comerciales del Centro de Distribución.
Gestionar la relación con stakeholders internos y externos, asegurando una coordinación eficiente con las áreas de Operaciones, Transporte, Comercial y HUB.
Administrar y controlar inventarios, cilindros, activos y capital de trabajo, garantizando la integridad y confiabilidad de los saldos.
Gestionar el presupuesto del centro, promoviendo el uso eficiente de los recursos, el control de gastos y la optimización de costes.
Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento, orden y mantenimiento de las instalaciones, velando por el cumplimiento de los estándares corporativos, legales y operativos.
Liderar la gestión de seguridad del Centro de Distribución y el Programa BSP, promoviendo el cumplimiento de los estándares y una cultura de prevención.
Liderar y desarrollar al equipo de trabajo, identificando oportunidades de mejora, fortaleciendo competencias y proporcionando retroalimentación continua.
Supervisar la atención a clientes y la coordinación de las actividades comerciales y de servicio del centro, garantizando una experiencia alineada con los estándares de Air Products.

Requisitos del cargo

Formación: Titulación profesional en Ingeniería Comercial, Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Administración, Logística o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en administración de negocios, gestión de almacenes o centros de distribución, coordinación logística u operaciones. Idealmente experiencia en atención al cliente así como coordinación de equipos de trabajo.
Conocimientos técnicos:

Manejo de Excel a nivel intermedio o avanzado.
Conocimiento de SAP o de otros sistemas ERP.
Conocimientos de administración de inventarios, activos, presupuestos y capital de trabajo.
Conocimientos de procesos logísticos, administrativos y comerciales.
Se valorarán conocimientos de análisis de datos y manejo de Qlik Sense.
Deseable licencia de conducir clase D para operación de grúa horquilla.

Condiciones del cargo:

Horario: Lunes a jueves de 8:30 a 17:30 horas y viernes de 8:30 a 15:00 horas.
Tipo de jornada: Artículo 22.
Ubicación: Ruta 240 Aysén-Coyhaique, km 5, Región de Aysén, Chile.
Modalidad: 100 % presencial.
