Jefe de Servicios Generales y Facility Management

Estamos en la búsqueda de un(a) Jefe de Servicios Generales y Facility Management, profesional con experiencia en la gestión integral de infraestructura, mantenimiento y servicios de soporte, orientado(a) a garantizar la continuidad operativa y la eficiencia de nuestras instalaciones.

Liderazgo y Gestión del Área:

Liderar la estrategia de servicios generales y facility management alineada a los objetivos del área.
Gestionar y desarrollar al personal a su cargo promoviendo una cultura de seguridad, eficiencia y mejora continua.
Definir objetivos, indicadores y planes de acción del área.
Coordinar con las diferentes áreas de la organización garantizando la continuidad de la operación.

Gestión de Mantenimiento e Infraestructura:

Definir y aprobar los planes anuales de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
Supervisar el mantenimiento de edificios, oficinas, laboratorios, almacenes e infraestructura industrial.
Liderar proyectos de mejora, ampliación y remodelación de instalaciones.

Facility Management:

Administrar integralmente los servicios de soporte de la organización.
Garantizar condiciones adecuadas de infraestructura, confort, seguridad y funcionalidad de las instalaciones.
Implementar estrategias de sostenibilidad y eficiencia operativa.

Gestión de contratos y proveedores:

Liderar procesos de licitación y contratación de servicios.
Evaluar técnica y económicamente propuestas de proveedores.
Administrar contratos y acuerdos de nivel de servicio (SLA).
Supervisar el cumplimiento contractual, valorizaciones y renovaciones.

Gestión costos y presupuesto:

Elaborar y administrar el presupuesto anual de servicios generales.
Gestionar OPEX y CAPEX del área.
Controlar costos operativos y de mantenimiento.
Identificar oportunidades de optimización y ahorro.

Gestión de activos:

Asegurar la implementación de buenas prácticas de gestión de activos.
Definir estrategias de renovación, reemplazo y mejora de activos.
Gestionar la criticidad y ciclo de vida de los activos.
Velar por la actualización de la información técnica y documental.

Seguridad, Salud Ocupacional y Medio Ambiente:

Garantizar el cumplimiento de la legislación vigente y políticas corporativas.
Asegurar la implementación de controles de riesgos en todas las actividades del área.
Promover programas de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad.
Liderar investigaciones de incidentes y seguimiento de acciones correctivas.

CONOCIMIENTOS, EXPERIENCIA Y HABILIDADES

Técnica

Carrera

Ing. mecánica, Ing. mecánica eléctrica, Ing. eléctrica, y/o Ing. Industrial (Bachiller y/o Titulado)

Computación e Informática:

SAP, Excel, Power BI, CMMS, MS Project (Deseable)

Inglés hablado y escrito

Nivel Intermedio

Conocimientos varios

Gestión integral de servicios generales y facility management.
Gestión de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
Gestión de activos físicos y confiabilidad operacional (RCM).
Elaboración y control de SLA y KPI de proveedores.
Gestión de inventarios y repuestos críticos.

Experiencia

Mínimo 2 años en cargos de planificación de mantenimiento, servicios generales o Facility Management.
