1.亲历并推动一场变革——重新定义AI时代的汽车工程研发方式;

2.深度参与并设计AI赋能汽车工程的全新过程;

3.与设计、仿真、可靠性、耐久测试、软件开发等领域专家紧密协作，挖掘高价值AI应用场景;

4.将真实的工程挑战转化为AI/ML解决方案，从概念验证到生产落地，全程主导;

5.构建并持续优化支撑智能工程工作流的数据管道、算法与软件系统;

1.软件工程，计算机科学，数学，人工智能或相关领域硕士学位。

2.精通Python,C/C++，对数据结构和算法有深入的理解。

3.在机器学习，深度学习，算法和数据处理方面有坚实的基础。

4.熟悉 AI/ML 框架和工具，如 PyTorch ， TensorFlow ，科学知识学习或等效产品。
