作为技术向管培生，你将主打售前技术支撑 + 行业方案销售落地，兼顾技术深度与业务视野，不做纯商务销售。

- 需求拆解与方案输出：对接车企研发、电控、测试、软件团队，梳理客户E/E架构、嵌入式开发、仿真测试、车载软件平台需求，输出技术方案、报价方案、可行性评估。

- 技术交流与产品演示：参与客户现场技术沟通、研讨会、产品demo、技术对标，清晰传递ETAS工具链与解决方案价值。

- 招投标与项目售前支撑：负责技术标书撰写、应答、方案宣讲、售前答疑，配合团队完成项目落地前所有技术对接工作。

- 行业与产品沉淀：持续学习车载软件、总线通信、仿真测试、功能安全技术，整理方案案例、技术素材，跟进行业新技术与竞品动态。

- 客户经营与机会挖掘：协助维护核心客户，跟进项目进度，挖掘后续迭代需求与新项目机会，长期建立车企技术客户资源。

- 本科及以上学历，电子工程EE、自动化、计算机CS、软件工程、测控、车辆工程（电控方向）、微电子等理工科专业

- 具备扎实的工科底层思维，理解软硬件协同开发逻辑

- 良好的逻辑拆解、沟通表达、方案呈现能力，可独立对接客户技术场景

- 接受短期出差、团队轮岗，抗压性、主动性良好
