Você irá apoiar as rotinas administrativas e operacionais da área de Facilities, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento do escritório e para um atendimento de qualidade no dia a dia.

O que você fará como Jovem Aprendiz de Facilities:
- Apoiar o atendimento ao cliente interno e externo, incluindo organização de agendas e rotinas administrativas.
- Ajudar na organização de viagens, reuniões e eventos, incluindo reservas de salas, preparação dos espaços e suporte com fornecedores.
- Dar suporte às operações do escritório, como controle de materiais, arquivamento e organização de documentos.
- Apoiar atividades administrativas diversas, incluindo lançamentos simples de informações em sistema (PO e SO).

Você é:
- Uma pessoa dinâmica, proativa e com disposição para aprender e colocar a mão na massa.
- Comunicativa, que gosta de interagir com pessoas no dia a dia de forma respeitosa.
- Com perfil ativo, curiosa e com vontade de se desenvolver profissionalmente.
- Ensino Médio completo ou cursando.
- Conhecimento em Pacote Office será considerado um diferencial.
