• Fechamento de Câmbio e organização de documentos relacionados;
• Emissão e envio de notas fiscais;
• Suporte e manutenção de relatórios financeiros;
• Suporte em todas as questões relacionadas ao faturamento da empresa;
• Fechamento mensal do faturamento (Conciliação entre Invoices do sistema e NFs emitidas na prefeitura)
• Controle de Aging de contas a receber, baixa de pagamentos e acompanhamento de cobranças
• Suporte aos BMs:organizar recibos/comprovantes das despesas mensais dos clientes, solicitar POs, conferir/revisar despesas no sistema, cadastrar/setar contratos e faturamentos/receita.
• Suporte RFIs/RFPs - Documentações e formulários para concorrências

Requisitos:

• Ensino Superior Completo - Administração, Finanças, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
• Experiência de pelo menos 2 anos na área financeira, incluindo período de estágio;
• Proatividade, dinamismo, curiosidade e interesse por aprendizado;
• Boa comunicação e facilidade para interagir com diferentes áreas;
• Interesse em desenvolver-se nas áreas de Contas a Receber, Faturamento e Operações Financeiras;
• Excel Intermediário/Avançado;
• Inglês Intermediário/Avançado;
