- Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Support equipment setup, process checks, and routine adjustments.
- Help maintain accurate work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
- Provide on‑floor support to operators and technicians as needed.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities such as 5S, waste reduction, and workflow optimization.
- Collect production data, perform simple analyses and prepare reports
- Developing new fixtures, jigs and tools.
- Support engineering projects by completing assigned tasks such as data gathering, documentation updates, and basic validation activities.
- Prepare materials for new product introductions and / or engineering changes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvements.
- Occasional travel of up to 10% is required to support activities at other company sites, customer locations, or off-site facilities as part of the responsibilities of this role.
