業務内容

プロジェクトの一員として、以下の役割を担っていただきます。

・クライアントの課題ヒアリング・整理

・データ分析、モデル構築、レポート作成

・プロジェクトマネジメント補助

・社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・コミュニケーション

若手のうちから 専門性×コンサルティングスキル をバランス良く磨ける環境です。

応募要件（Must）

● 実務経験（1〜3年程度）

以下いずれかの領域で、課題解決型の業務経験がある方

・コンサルティング

・メーカー、インフラ、エネルギー業界

・ESG／サステナビリティ関連部署

・建設・土木・環境分析など

● 学歴

・学士または修士（以下いずれか）

・環境科学・工学

・化学／機械工学

・地質、土木、建築

・生態学、気候、自然環境

・ファイナンス／金融工学

・サステナビリティ関連専攻

● 語学

・日本語：ネイティブレベル

・英語：ビジネスレベル（メール・会議で使用できると尚可）

● 必須スキル

・論理的思考

・基本的なデータ分析能力

・資料作成スキル（PPT / Excel / Word）

・自律的なコミュニケーション力
