- Sendungserfassung sowie Auftragsabwicklung
- Annahme und Bearbeitung von Sendungen
- Abfertigung und Sendungserfassung
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern zu Sendungsereignissen
- Bearbeitung von Sendungsreklamationen
- Tracking von Sendungen
Über Dich
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice vorzugsweise im Bereich Spedition / Logistik
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Transport Management Systemen
- Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Ein sicheres und verbindliches Kommunikationsverhalten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
