Über den Job

Avisierung von Sendungen telefonisch und via Mail
Kontakt mit Fahrpersonal, Transportunternehmern und Empfänger*innen
Kommunikation über verschiedenen Portale mit unseren Versandpartnerunternehmen
Abarbeitung von Entladeberichten
Kontrolle und Bearbeitung der Fehlmengen und Überzähligkeiten
Kontrolle von Premiumdiensten
Annahme des Fahrpersonals und Kontrolle der Premiumdienste und Papiere
Betreuung des Fahrpersonals im Bezug auf Scanner
Retouren und AV-Bearbeitung

Über Dich

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen
Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
Sehr gutes Kommunikationsvermögen
Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
