Nous recherchons un Key Account Manager - Responsable Grands Comptes pour rejoindre notre équipe à Saint Quentin Fallavier (38). Vous serez responsable d’un portefeuille parmi les clients les plus importants d’Air Products, avec pour objectif de développer la croissance et la rentabilité des comptes existants tout en conquérant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.

- Développer et sécuriser des relations durables avec les comptes stratégiques du portefeuille.
- Assurer le renouvellement des contrats, le développement commercial et l’amélioration de la rentabilité des comptes.
- Atteindre les objectifs de croissance en développant notre part de portefeuille et en promouvant les solutions et technologies d’Air Products.
- Identifier, prospecter et remporter de nouveaux comptes stratégiques conformément aux objectifs annuels.
- Élaborer et suivre les plans d’affaires des comptes existants et des comptes cibles, incluant l’identification d’opportunités on-site.
- Préparer les dossiers d’opportunités et les soumettre pour approbation conformément aux délégations d’autorité.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, techniques et opérationnelles afin de développer et pérenniser les activités des grands comptes.
Profil attendu :
- Expérience confirmée : minimum 8 ans dans la vente grands comptes, avec négociation auprès de directions achats et directions générales.
- Expertise en contrats stratégiques : gestion de dossiers à forts enjeux économiques et circuits décisionnels complexes.
- Compétences relationnelles : capacité à développer des réseaux, travailler en transversal et intégrer les enjeux stratégiques des business.
- Leadership et coordination : qualités de communicant et de chef d’orchestre pour interagir avec plusieurs pôles internes.
- Esprit analytique et rigoureux : aptitude à combiner une vision macro des dossiers avec une exécution précise dans le détail.
