Deine Aufgaben sind:

Du entwickelst unsere Vertriebs- und Händlerstrategie weiter und setzt diese gemeinsam mit den Vertriebsleitungen erfolgreich um. Dabei betreust und entwickelst Du unser Händlernetzwerk, analysierst Markt-, Kunden- und Vertriebsdaten, identifizierst Wachstumspotenziale und leitest Maßnahmen zur Umsatzsteigerung ab. Zudem verantwortest Du vertriebsrelevante Projekte, arbeitest eng mit Vertrieb, Handelspartnern und Führungskräften zusammen und bringst neue Impulse für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsorganisation ein.

Wen wir suchen:
Wir suchen einen verlässlichen und kommunikationsstarken Teamplayer mit der notwendigen Kreativität und Widerstandsfähigkeit, um die komplexen Herausforderungen unserer Branche gemeinsam zu meistern. Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke, arbeitest strukturiert und behältst auch bei komplexen Aufgaben den Überblick. Dabei zeichnen dich ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Details aus.

Zudem benötigst Du:

Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches, agrarwirtschaftliches oder vergleichbares Studium oder eine Berufsausbildung (z.B. Handelsfachwirt, Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement).
Mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Landhandel.
Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Reisebereitschaft.
