Zakres Obowiązków
- Zarządzanie, motywacja i rozwój podległego mu zespołu Konserwatorów
- Utrzymywanie relacji z Klientami
- Realizacja wyznaczonych celów biznesowych oraz wdrażanie procesów i procedur firmy
- Eliminowanie zagrożeń i zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa pracy Konserwatorom oraz użytkownikom obiektów
- Planowanie napraw serwisowych i prac konserwacyjnych
- Współpraca z handlowcami przy przygotowywaniu ofert i określeniu warunków technicznych kontraktów
Od Kandydatów Oczekujemy
- Doświadczenia w zarządzaniu zespołem
- Znajomości zasad bezpieczeństwa
- Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego (weryfikowana w trakcie rozmowy rekrutacyjnej)
- Znajomości MS Office
- Umiejętności podejmowania decyzji, także pod presją
- Proaktywnej komunikacji i umiejętności współdziałania
- Wykształcenie wyższe (techniczne bądź handlowe) będzie atutem
