Feladatok:
- Bejövő külföldi számlák formai és számszaki ellenőrzése
- Külföldi szállítói reklamációk kezelése
- Bejövő külföldi számlák könyvelése
- Kapcsolattartás külföldi szállítókkal
- Szállítói kifizetések előkészítése (bank, cash pool)
- Főkönyvi könyvelés
- Egyéb adminisztratív feladatok ellátása
- Aktív részvétel a havi és az év végi zárás feladataiban
- Együttműködés és kapcsolattartás a társosztályokkal
Elvárások
- Mérlegképes könyvelői végzettség
- Hasonló feladatkörben, gyártó környezetben megszerzett tapasztalat
- Microsoft Office programok (Word, Excel, Power BI) magas szintű, felhasználói ismerete
- Aktív, középszintű ANGOL nyelvtudás szóban és írásban
- Proaktivitás, rendszerben való gondolkodás képessége
- Önálló munkavégzésre alkalmas személyiség
- Nagyfokú terhelhetőség, önállóság
- Precizitás, megbízhatóság
- Együttműködő személyiség, csapatszellem
- SAP ismeret előnyt jelent
