Mittels modernsten Kunststoff-Spritzgiessmaschinen und hochautomatisierten Fertigungszellen mit Schliesskräften von 60t bis 3'200t fertigen wir technische Bauteile bis über 100kg Schussgewicht.

Ihre Aufgaben
- Selbständiges Ein-/Umrüsten und Anfahren von Spritzgiessmaschinen inklusive der komplexen Automation mit Robotern und umfangreicher Peripherie
- Durchführen von Anlagen- und Prozessoptimierungen
- Autonome Instandhaltung und Wartung der Betriebsmittel
- Vorantreiben des Lean Management- und Mitgestalten des "Smart Factory"-Gedankens (Industrie 4.0)
- Leisten von Pikettdienst und Schichtarbeit (Früh- und Spätschicht, keine Nacht)
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Lehre als Kunststofftechnologe, Mechatroniker oder eine abgeschlossene Lehre im mechanischen Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Kunststoffverarbeitung, vorzugsweise im Spritzguss
- Erfahrung mit Automation an Spritzgussanlagen
- TeamplayerIn mit hohem Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Ausgeprägte Lean Management- Denkweise setzen wir voraus
