Verantwortlichkeiten
- Durchführung und Bewertung physikalischer, chemischer und anwendungstechnischer Prüfungen im Rahmen der Rohstoff-, Zwischen- und Endkontrolle
- Freigabe von Prüfergebnissen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Produktspezifikationen durch Planung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Untersuchungen
- Einführung, Validierung und Optimierung neuer Testmethoden und Prüfgeräte, einschließlich Fehleranalyse und Troubleshooting
- Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeits-, Prüf- und Verfahrensanweisungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen für neue Testmethoden und Testgeräte
- Kalibrierung, Justierung und Überwachung von Prüfequipment sowie Mitarbeit bei internen und externen Ringversuchen
- Organisation von VISCOPLEX-Mustern, einschließlich Abfüllung, Bereitstellung und Versand
Anforderungen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemielaboranten
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im stellenrelevanten Bereich
- Zusätzliche Qualifikation zur Pflege und Instandhaltung von Prüfgeräten wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS-Office-, SAP- und Statistik-Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
