Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Landscape Inspector – Hard Finishes (Saudi National) to join our site-based construction supervision team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You’ll Be Doing

Attend Inspection Requests (IRs) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action promptly.

Assist in reviewing submitted shop drawings against contract drawings and specifications, local codes and statutory requirements, and international best practices.

Report any works carried out by contractors found to not be in accordance with approved drawings and specifications and report to stakeholders for appropriate action.

Monitor the quality of executed works and the progress on site daily.

Maintain records for daily activities on site including progress photos and ensure they are readily available for inspection as and when required.

Prepare surveillance report(s) for deficiencies of work found at the site and nonconformance reports (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.

Check and ensure effective coordination between discipline-related works and all other disciplines.

Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline-related issues on-site that may arise.

Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approved methods and contract requirements.

Maintain records of inspections, work executed, etc.

Assist in or measure work done when required.

Observe site safety procedures.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

Must have a Degree in Landscape Architecture with 7 plus years of related experience in direct landscape work.
