Cerchiamo un Lead AI & Data Platform Engineer che abbia la visione e le competenze per guidare l'evoluzione tecnica di una piattaforma di nuova generazione che combina dati, analytics e Intelligenza Artificiale.

Non stiamo cercando un puro sviluppatore.

Cerchiamo una figura che sappia collegare business, tecnologia e AI, definendo architetture, guidando partner esterni, orchestrando agenti intelligenti e trasformando esigenze di prodotto in soluzioni scalabili e innovative.

La persona sarà uno dei principali riferimenti tecnici della piattaforma e giocherà un ruolo chiave nell'introduzione di modelli di sviluppo agentico e capacità AI-native.

Le tue responsabilità:

Guidare l'evoluzione tecnica della piattaforma e delle sue funzionalità.
Tradurre obiettivi di business in soluzioni tecnologiche scalabili.
Definire architetture, integrazioni e standard ingegneristici.
Disegnare e supervisionare ecosistemi di agenti AI e workflow intelligenti.
Collaborare con Product, Analytics e stakeholder business nella definizione della roadmap.
Definire KPI, capacità analitiche e funzionalità AI-enabled.
Guidare partner tecnologici e consulenti esterni.
Valutare nuove tecnologie e nuovi approcci di AI engineering e agentic development.
Assicurare scalabilità, affidabilità e sostenibilità della piattaforma nel lungo termine.

Cosa cerchiamo:

Esperienza nella realizzazione di piattaforme data-driven e prodotti digitali complessi.
Esperienza di leadership tecnica e coordinamento progettuale.
Conoscenza delle moderne architetture dati e analytics.
Esperienza con strumenti di Business Intelligence e Data Platform.
Capacità di definire requisiti tecnici a partire da esigenze di business.
Esperienza o forte interesse verso AI Engineering, Agentic AI e LLM-based solutions.
Conoscenza di DDD e moderne pratiche di product engineering.
Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e stakeholder management.

Costituisce un plus:

Microsoft Fabric.
Azure.
Databricks.
Power BI.
DataOps.
AI orchestration frameworks.
Multi-agent systems.
Cost optimization e governance delle piattaforme dati.

Compensation:

€48.400,00 - €77.500,00 EUR

This role is eligible for Bonus.

The salary range shown applies to the primary location for this role. We also welcome applications from candidates who are based in, or able to attend, other Wolters Kluwer office locations in Italy. As compensation is location-specific, different salary ranges may apply. The applicable salary range for the relevant location will be communicated before interviews take place.
