  • Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Designers to shape the product backlog, validate feature feasibility, and translate business requirements into sound engineering approaches.
  • Lead and coach engineers within the Product Safety team, sharing best practice across Elanco's wider Engineering community and managing stakeholder expectations to prevent knowledge silos.

  • Hands-on full-stack engineering experience (TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Next.js/React) within a DevSecOps culture, including CI/CD, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Kubernetes-based deployment.
  • Background in data engineering (Oracle, SQL, ETL) with an understanding of GxP and GDPR data governance, combined with strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders in complex, regulated environments.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Working knowledge of the RX Logic platform or broader pharmacovigilance / Global SaaS Case Management tools.
  • Experience integrating AI and agentic workflows into custom software solutions.
