Responsibilities:

Lean Leadership

Lead and execute Lean projects across operations and support functions

Identify improvement opportunities and eliminate waste (Muda) in processes

Facilitate Kaizen workshops and value stream mapping (VSM)

Coach and mentor Green Belts and operational teams

Digitalization

Identify and implement digital solutions to optimize processes

Drive the integration of Lean principles with digital technologies

Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure scalable solutions

OPEX

Support the development and execution of the operational excellence roadmap

Ensure sustainability of implemented solutions (Sustainability and robustness)

Contribute to standardization and best practice sharing across other sites of the LC as well of the Division

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience
Specified Years of Industry-relevant professional experience
Relevant certifications, system experience, and training
Professional-Level English language skills preferred
