Deine Aufgaben
- Personelle und operative Führung der direkt unterstellten Führungskräfte sowie deren Förderung und Entwicklung der Stabstellen
- Verantwortung für die Materialanlieferungen im Wareneingang, die interne Verteilung und Lagerung der Materialien, Kommissionierung von Ersatzteilen
- Kommissionierung und Materialbereitstellung für die Produktionsprozesse in den getakteten Fliesslinien und einzeln Arbeitsplätzen
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten, Problemlösung und SFM
- Optimierung der Logistikprozesse, SYNCHRO Prinzipien vorleben und die Mitarbeiter einbinden
- Verantwortung für die nachhaltige Sicherstellung des Standards und der definierten Arbeitsabläufe
- Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften sicherstellen

Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige, ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung, idealerweise auch in der Führung von Führungskräften
- Fundierte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Logistik, Disposition, Planung, Fertigungsorganisation
- Unternehmerisch denkende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Führungskompetenzen
- Hohe Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Auftreten
- Ihre sehr guten Englischkenntnisse und Ihre Offenheit vertrauensvolle internationale Beziehungen aufzubauen
- Wünschenswert sind idealerweise gute SAP-Kenntnisse
