¾ Desenvolver, implementar e monitorar o Sistema de Gestão de HSE, alinhado às normas ISO 45001, ISO 14001 e demais requisitos legais aplicáveis.
¾ Conduzir investigações de incidentes, acidentes e quase-acidentes (near miss), definindo planos de ação corretivos e preventivos.
¾ Realizar auditorias periódicas de segurança, inspeções de campo e análises de risco (APR, PT, etc.).
¾ Garantir o uso correto de EPIs e o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais seguros.
¾ Supervisionar o gerenciamento de resíduos, efluentes e emissões, garantindo conformidade com licenças ambientais.
¾ Acompanhar indicadores ambientais e propor ações de melhoria contínua e redução de impactos.

¾ Interagir com órgãos reguladores e assegurar a renovação de licenças e autorizações ambientais.
¾ Coordenar programas de saúde ocupacional (PCMSO, PPRA/PGR, exames periódicos).
¾ Liderar, treinar e desenvolver a equipe de HSE, promovendo engajamento e capacitação contínua.
¾ Disseminar a cultura de segurança por meio de treinamentos, campanhas (DDS/DSS) e comunicação visual.
¾ Atuar como referência técnica e consultiva para as demais áreas da organização em temas de HSE.
¾ Garantir conformidade com legislações trabalhistas, ambientais e normas regulamentadoras (NRs).
¾ Representar a empresa perante órgãos fiscalizadores (Ministério do Trabalho, órgãos ambientais, etc.).
¾ Coordenar e dar suporte às mobilizações e desmobilizações de equipes, equipamentos e estruturas em sites de clientes, garantindo o cumprimento integral dos requisitos de HSE do cliente e da legislação local antes do início das atividades.
¾ Realizar integração de HSE (onboarding) e verificação documental de colaboradores e terceiros previamente à mobilização em campanhas de campo ou projetos para clientes.
¾ Avaliar e validar os requisitos de HSE exigidos contratualmente pelos clientes, assegurando a adequação dos planos internos às especificidades de cada contrato/site.
¾ Atuar como ponto focal de HSE junto aos clientes durante mobilizações, participando de reuniões de alinhamento, auditorias conjuntas e análises de risco específicas de cada operação.
