Unser Team:
Die APU Autoinjektoren ist verantwortlich für die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln gegen u.a. Neurodermitis, Asthma und rheumatoide Arthritis. Zur Unterstützung unserer Produktionsteams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt Operator (m/w/d).
Hauptaufgaben:
- Bedienung und Überwachung von verschiedenen Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen zur Herstellung von Arzneimitteln (Autoinjektor-Systemen)
- Einhaltung und Umsetzung der GMP und SGU-Richtlinien
- Dokumentation der Herstellungsschritte gemäß SOP
- Durchführung produktionsbegleitender Prozesse (z. Bsp. IPC, Funktionsprüfung, Reinigung und LC)
- Durchführung von W&I Tätigkeiten. (Durchführung von arbeitstäglichen Überprüfungen)
- Durchführung von Lean Aktivitäten (z. Bsp. 5S / Kaizen)

Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit vorzugsweise technischem Hintergrund
- Kenntnisse hinsichtlich des Aufbaus, der Funktions- und Bedienungsweise pharmazeutischer Produktions- und Verpackungstechnik sind vorteilhaft
Soziale Kompetenzen
- Einsatzfreude und Motivation
- Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
- Lern- und Entwicklungsbereitschaft
- Flexibilität
Technische Fähigkeiten / Fertigkeiten
- Gewissenhafter und sorgfältiger Arbeitsstil
- Kenntnisse von GMP und HSE Richtlinien sind von Vorteil
- Flexibilität, Freude in einem Produktionsteam zu arbeiten, Schichttauglichkeit
