Logisztikai asszisztens
Az Aptiv EDS tatabányai gyárába keressük Logisztikai asszisztens Kollégánkat, aki velünk együtt fontosnak tartja, hogy környezetbarátabbá és biztonságosabbá tegyük a közlekedést.
Logisztikai asszisztens munkakörben a feladataid:
- vevői visszaforgó göngyöleg kezelése (igények ellenőrzése, rendelés, elszámolások, leltár)
- előzetes szállítási értesítések készítése beérkező szállítmányokhoz
- gyártáshoz szükséges alapanyagok megrendelésének előkészítése és kiküldése a beszerzők útmutatása alapján
- áruátvételi könyvelési feladatok támogatása
- beszállítói számlákhoz kapcsolódó ügyintézés
- kapcsolattartás a társszervezetekkel
- riportok készítése (napi, heti, havi)
- dokumentumkezelés
- részvétel logisztikai projektekben
- szabályok és előírások betartása
Jelentkezz, ha:
- középfokú végzettséggel rendelkezel
- magabiztosan használod a MS Office alkalmazásokat, különösen Excel-t
- jó a kommunikációs készséged
- alapszinten beszélsz angolul
