Präzises Handlöten von SMD-, THT- und Multilayer-Bauteilen gemäss Fertigungsunterlagen.
Reparatur, Nacharbeit und Modifikation elektronischer Baugruppen und Leiterplatten.
Durchführung von Sichtprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen.
Unterstützung bei Prozessoptimierungen und Ansprechpartner/in für löttechnische Fragen.
Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, ESD- und Qualitätsstandards.

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Handlöten zwingend erforderlich
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Löten komplexer Bauformen (z. B. BGA, Micro BGA, Glas BGA, QFP, Baugrösse 0201 bzw. Querschnitt AWG 30)
Sicherer Umgang mit Lötstationen, Mikroskopen und ESD-konformem Arbeiten
Gültiges IPC-A-610 Zertifikat ist Voraussetzung
Kenntnisse in IPC 7711/7721 von Vorteil
Präzise, zuverlässige und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
