Młodszy Specjalista Ds. Celnych (k/m/n)
Miejsce pracy: Sosnowiec-Pieńki ul. Przemysłowa 4 Stryków
Podstawowe zadania:
- Przyjmowanie zleceń i kontrola dokumentów do odprawy celnej (odbiór, weryfikacja i kompletacja dokumentów handlowych niezbędnych do realizacji procesów celnych)
- Terminowe i poprawne wprowadzanie zgłoszeń celnych do systemu
- Nadzór nad właściwym obiegiem dokumentacji oraz archiwizacja danych
- Współpraca w zakresie bieżących aktualizacji dokumentacji celnej wewnątrz organizacji Hellmann
- Bieżący kontakt z organami celnymi oraz innymi organami administracji państwowej

- Mile widziane:
- Znajomość zagadnień i dokumentacji związanej z prawem celnym
- Znajomość oprogramowania Huzar (WinSAD)
- Uprawnienia agenta celnego (wpis na listę agentów celnych)
- Znajomość języka angielskiego
- Bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej i samodzielność w realizacji powierzonych zadań
- Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office (Excel)
- Doświadczenie w pracy z dokumentacją handlową
- Prawo jazdy kat. B
