Skills and Responsibilities
Performance evaluation, skill progression, and role advancement for all applicable positions are determined through a combination of documented system data and direct leadership validation. Mendix data is used to confirm productivity, attainment, and system usage. Supervisor, Lead, and Trainer feedback is used to validate safe operation, quality output, skill application, and readiness for progression during normal production conditions. No single data source determines performance outcomes. Final determinations are made through review of both operational data and leadership assessment and applied consistently across all roles and levels.
