We’relooking for a Maintenance Planner to join our Maintenance TeaminChihuahua. In this role,you’llensure that spare parts inventory levels aremaintainedatoptimallevels in the warehouse to support maintenance operations.You’llwork closely with Purchasing, suppliers, and Maintenance to provideaccuratemachine and application information, support the purchase of correct materials, and follow up on Purchase Orders and deliveries. This is an opportunity to strengthen spare parts availability and support effective maintenance planning and scheduling.
WHAT YOU’LL BUILD & OWN
Ensure adequate spare parts inventory is available to support maintenance activities.
Coordinate with Purchasing and suppliers by providingaccuratemachine and application information to ensure the correct materials arepurchasedthrough Purchase Orders.
Audit sparepartsinventory levels, including minimum and maximum stock requirements, to support inventory control.
Follow up on supplier Purchase Orders and material deliveries, supporting the Purchasing team as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
Industrial Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, ora related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Knowledge of spare parts administration and inventory control.
Knowledge of inventory auditing processes.
Experience preparing and tracking purchase requisitions.
Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

COMPENSATION
Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role may also be eligible forcompetitivesalary and enhanced benefits beyond legal requirements.
