•负责Flow4新项目（高压Inlet充电座，高压连接器）制程，产线开发以及样品交付客户

•负责新项目产线投资计划制作，产能研究，产线SOW技术要求制作

•负责新项目产线Layout和工艺流，物料流的设计规划

•负责新项目工艺流程图PFD，PFMEA，WI，E-BOM等工艺文件的制作

•负责产品开发DFM和产线开发的技术评审

•负责新项目工艺参数的验证，导入，以及变更管理

•负责新项目产线的开发，验证，验收，放行，导入生产以及后期的维护保养和效率提升

•负责部门内部的阶段性和持续性的在岗培训任务

•保证生产设备和工艺运行平稳，协助分析并解决质量问题
